COMMISSION TERMS
- Extra Characters (max 3) are subject to a set price increase per character from the base price.
- Backgrounds (that is not a Complex Illustration) are subject to a price increase from the base price. Simple backgrounds are excluded.
- I will not do animation on any complex illustration/artwork.
- I can do NSFW / Nudity. Price depends on subject matter. I reserve the right to refuse illustrating certain subjects.
- I require specific reference and descriptions, especially on the character!
- All prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the character(s).PROCEDURE TERMS
- A 4% fee for all commissions will be added. Half payment upfront. Once received, sketches and revisions are able to be made. Other half of payment is to be sent after finalization of sketch.
- Depending on the commission, completion time upon starting is minimum 1-2 days; wait time is subject to ‘first come, first serve.’ I keep updates frequent, and my times as fast as possible. (As fast as three hours depending!)
- Refunds- otherwise cancellations- are applicable ONLY within the sketching phase, though you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
- It is the sole responsibility of you to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me (kir.kuma).
- The final product will be sent through e-mail.COMMERCIAL TERMS
- Commissions with intent for commercial use will be subjected to a substantial price increase. Otherwise, on-selling is STRICTLY prohibited. Other commission types (such as graphic design, etc.) are able to have a commercial license, which will be a separate agreement.
- You are not permitted to on-sell your commission or/and ownership of the commission produced by me (kir.kuma) in blockchain-related technology, including- but not limited to- NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any past, present, or future inventions in the space. Reproduction of work through blockchain-related endeavours is STRICTLY prohibited.
